Earlier today I cooked for four people* the phattest Christmas roast, with cheezly straws for nibbles, followed by a massive Christmas pudding (with added Sailor Jerrys) with ice cream.
The roast consisted of Redwood’s cheatin’ beef and turkey, roasted carrots, parsnips and potatoes, mashed potatoes, stuffing, petit pois, broccoli, sprouts, cauliflower, crispy crunchies and gravy.
